AI-generated analysis on MindOfTrader reflects patterns in your historical behavioral data. It is not a prediction of future performance. Past behavioral patterns do not guarantee future results. The AI analysis is generated by a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) and MindOfTrader does not guarantee its accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

MindOfTrader, its platform design, behavioral scoring systems, DNA reports, archetypes, and methodology are protected intellectual property of MindOfTrader. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

MindOfTrader is not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from use of this platform. You use MindOfTrader entirely at your own risk.
